We're looking for folk to help us with our own user research

fffunction is taking a bit of our own medicine and want to involve some users in the process of looking at changes to our own website.

So we’re on the lookout for folk who hire or have hired web and similar (maybe design, maybe UX, maybe ‘full service’) agencies. We’d like to talk to folk about their experiences around this. Things like how they find agencies, how they research them, whether they look at their websites, what they would do to learn more, etc.

If you think you could help, we’d like to conduct a short interview (probably around half an hour) over Skype or over the phone at a time which is convenient to you. To thank you for your time, we’ll donate £20 to a charity of your choice.

The interviews will be conducted by our talented UX intern James who’s working with us on this user research and on changes we might make to our website based on what we’ve learned.

If you’d like to help, get in touch with us using our contact form and let us have some contact details so that we can get back to you. We’re looking to conduct the interviews over the next couple of weeks (at the time of writing this post), that’s 14th to 25th September. But if you can’t do them in that fortnight, we’ll consider slotting an interview in later as we’re sure we’ll learn useful stuff whatever.

Hope to hear from you soon!
